1st floor

There are currently no offices available for rent on the first floor of the building.

2nd floor

3rd floor

Exclusive office space: 270 m² (+170 m² terrace)

Located on the third floor, this standalone penthouse office has an approved building permit for expansion. The result will be an exclusive office with a usable area of 270 m², complemented by a 170 m² partially covered, wood-decked terrace, providing a comfortable and elegant working environment for 20–30 people.

The large glass surfaces are equipped with externally mounted, motorized blinds for shading. The entire floor features digitally controlled heating and cooling integrated into the suspended ceiling, adjustable by room.

The office is directly accessible even from the underground garage via a private elevator (with separate key access). The internal layout can still be customized within technical constraints.

Basement level

The basement level of the building is accessible via a heated ramp, allowing access even for trucks. From the loading dock, goods can be transported into the storage units using a forklift or pallet jack. Delivery vehicles such as vans and small trucks can also drive in for the duration of loading and unloading.

The entire basement is heated, finished with industrial flooring, and equipped with an exhaust system fitted with a CO sensor.

Currently, there are no storage units available for rent; however, a limited number of parking spaces are available.
