The office building

The Fonte Office Building was constructed in 2000 based on the designs of Gábor Zobóki. Following an interior transformation, our building has been renewed with a cohesive appearance and continuously improving services, welcoming its tenants in a modern environment.

The 4,500 m² building features retail units and several high-quality showrooms and offices on the ground floor. Additional office spaces are located on the first, second, and third floors.

A significant number of offices include private restrooms and the option to install a kitchenette. In addition, each floor has two shared restrooms available for tenants.

All offices are air-conditioned, with optimal heating and cooling provided by registers integrated into the suspended ceiling system, ensuring a comfortable, draft-free environment. The system can also be controlled via the internet.

Shared meeting rooms have been created on the ground floor and the first floor, which tenants can use free of charge with prior booking through our website.

Dedicated tenant parking spaces, as well as guest parking, are available in front of the building.

Access to the building and overall security are ensured by a 24/7 reception service, complemented by a camera-based alarm system.

On the basement level, storage units with loading ramps and additional parking spaces are available.
