The Fonte Office Building was constructed in 2000 based on the designs of Gábor Zobóki, and following an interior renovation, it now welcomes tenants with a renewed, cohesive appearance and continuously evolving services. The 4,500 m² building features retail units and high-quality showrooms/offices on the ground floor, while additional office spaces are located on the 1st to 3rd floors.

All offices are air-conditioned, with draft-free heating and cooling provided by systems integrated into suspended ceilings, which can even be controlled via the internet. Many offices have private restrooms, and in several units there is the possibility to install a kitchenette, while shared restrooms are also available on each floor.

Tenants can use the shared meeting rooms free of charge with prior booking. Dedicated and guest parking spaces are available in front of the building, and security is ensured by a 24/7 reception service and a camera-based alarm system.
